Knowledge Transfer
Our goal is to provide our clients with the resources and information they need to keep their data infrastructures running optimally, as designed. During the implementation we work closely with client’s IT staff to ensure a thorough knowledge transfer so their staff are able to operate independently and efficiently after our job is complete.
At the conclusion of the implementation we deliver infrastructure and project planning documents, system design specifications and testing and training plans, to ensure that the client’s staff fully understands the solution, how it works, how to use the available tools and how it fits into their specific environment.
